Everyone was pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice if the pool area was open. It was closed due to impending inspection. The employees were apologetic and were ready to get the inspection completed.

The pool was not operational and didn’t find out till we got to property. We had to call and cancel our first set of bookings due to many delays getting there. The lady on the phone was really rude and actually got mad because she misunderstood and kept talking over me and basically accused me of lying. Once there in person the staff were great!!! Also very disappointed in beds which are usually more comfortable, old spring style and very hard. Good location for what we needed.
