The TV didn’t work, usb outlets didn’t work, the mini fridge wasn’t clean and smelled of leftover food, and didn’t have hot water so had to take cold showers. Complained right after check in and was told the power had gone out earlier and it takes time for things to come back online - same story the next morning.

Disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Hilton's customer service. Due to a family emergency, I wasn’t able to travel, so I called the hotel in advance to cancel my reservation. I kindly asked if I could at least receive a voucher or points for a future stay, given the circumstances. I was told my request was noted, but later, I got an email saying that because the cancellation was processed afterward, I wasn’t eligible for anything. This feels unfair, as I did everything right by notifying them in advance. I expected better flexibility and understanding from a brand like Hilton. Definitely reconsidering my future stays if this is how they handle genuine emergencies.

For nearly $400 a night, we expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. Due to a flight delay, we checked in at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to rest. While we were able to fall asleep quickly, the real issues started in the morning. The shower had bugs, the water wouldn’t get warm, and to top it off, the drain was clogged, leaving us standing in a pool of water. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and functioning amenities should be the bare minimum at this price point. This was a horrible experience for my family and me, and we would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Front desk was very friendly & very nicely dressed . The hotel is a combination of 2 hotels with a large lobby area. Nice pool and sitting area. Has a pool table. The room itself was not great very thin walls & you can hear everything . The beds are super thin and not very comfortable . To me that is important because after a long stay , i like to have a bed that i can comfortable rest and the price point you pay it was not . Next door to Dolphin Mall . 20 minutes from bayside . About 15 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from south beach . Keywest is about 3 hours from that location . The mall next door has some restaurant options .
