Staff was very helpful with any cruise question. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet the night we stayed there. Very convenient for cruise passengers. Shuttle service was available to port also.

Great place to stay before a cruise, the area across from the hotel is awesome and walkable to get souvenirs or just lunch and ‘ people watch’ and there’s a liquor store close to get your wine to take onboard. No frills but comfortable beds, a bar and breakfast. Don’t rely on transportation to the port to be on time but they will get you there, just make sure they drop you at the right ship lol!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just ok. Had a hard time getting our door open every time we tried to get back in our room and the hall and the room had a stale smell. It was a great location.

The staff at the desk were very friendly. However, this property is old and not well maintained. The room was clean but had a very strong odor. The restaurant for breakfast on our day only served a buffet. The food was cold. With all that said, the staff were friendly.

I guess the AC doesn't work there because it was hot when we walked in and hot when we left the next day. the breakfast was a joke I guess I paid 26.99 for a continental breakfast a piece that's crazy after paid what i did for a room that was so hot I thought about breaking a window. a few of the stuff was rude. I will not recommend this holiday inn anyone
