This hotel is all about location, not luxury. Expensive, old, outdated, busy with cruise passengers. Would probably opt for something different next time but overall interesting place to stay.

Absolutely terrible experience. Trash all over the side walks, dirty sheets, broken shower, booked on Expedia hotel charged me for the room told me days before they can refund me. Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. Staff is rude. Save your self the trouble go to the Hilton

We found out that the pool was closed when we arrived. I think it’s important that this is told upfront when booking. It was understandable why it was closed due to surrounding construction but they should disclose that. Staff was super friendly. Bayside mall is literally across the street. Cool place to hang out, people watch , and chill. Lots of restaurant choices. Very friendly environment.

After driving 18 hours, we were told there was no parking available because of a concert. Staff suggested we try a garage down the street but it was also full. Had to drive around with family for three hours before we could find a place to park. Room view was great but hotel is dated. Carpet coming apart in hallways, paint chipping from walls in room. Just not a great first day in Miami. Also watch for scammers in parking areas. They got me for $20 and it wasn’t legit. All parking is done thru the signs posted from Miami.

We arrived when an event was getting out and the traffic was horrible. The problem is we did not know where to park and it took us a while to figure it out. The staff was friendly but it would’ve been very helpful to know there was construction happening and where we needed to park. The Valet staff were great!

There’s homeless people sleeping on the ground out front of the entranceway plus I was asked twice for money as I left the property. I get it. It’s a political hot potato regarding homeless people, but I will not stay at this hotel again because there’s nothing done about them out front.
