Don’t count on the free Airport transfer. We waited over 1.5 hours and they never arrived. Called multiple times. We finally took an uber and paid of $50 for the ride. Other than that our stay was good.

The room was nice, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast room was an absolute disaster. There were lines for everything, but it wasn't clear who was in line, or what they were waiting for. Mostly it was a moving wall of people three deep. They were out of most items, most of the time. Some dispensers didn't seem to work at all. I got in line for waffles until I was told that there wasn't any waffle mix. Sometimes things were refilled, but if you weren't standing right there, it would disappear before you could get any. Kids were screaming and running everywhere the entire time. For the number of people staying at the hotel, there needs to be a larger space for the food and more grab and go items.

Breakfast was basically exactly the same every morning which gets boring after your second day. The room was clean and roomy. I like the inclusion of the large fridge and microwave which is convenient when travelling with kids. A note on safety: anyone can access the elevator and get to any floor without a keycard. Please fix that.

The manger on duty Orlando and his front staff attendants really tried to get over on my partner and I. I booked a reservation and we tried to do early check in, they told us a room wasn’t ready and asked my partner if he wanted to book a new reservation and he did for the same room I had already paid for and Orlando tried to say he didn’t see a problem on their end. I had to call customer care to get proper assistance and my refund for both reservations. Supervisor Marge was amazing and assisted in getting my family and I in a new hotel

The property itself was Ok but they only had one shuttle bus (to and from) the airport. You either got on a packed bus or waited for an hour or more. Also, since the hotel is pet friendly we heard a dog barking (who had been left alone) from 6pm until midnight. If the owner was going to bring the dog/dogs they should have taken them with them or stayed in the room. The dogs were across the hall from us; we had to leave the next day on a cruise.
