Beautiful hotel super clean!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning views. Extremely clean rooms. Our room had an air purifier in it, and a filter on the shower head. Happy hour for drinks 5-7pm half off. Hot tub and pool were amazing. a At the bar by the pool a younger gentleman made me one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had. Super fresh. Great experience.

Hotels.com said there would be an additional $28 charge at check-in--it was actually $78 and no receipt. Hyatt said free water --just tap water available. Hyatt said we'd get a $15 credit at the bar. --My bar bill was $21.80 plus tip.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location- walk to all kinds of food. I felt safe. The pool is lovely. I wish the bar was open later (at the pool) and check in was not smooth but otherwise good visit.,
