Pros: great customer service. I really enjoyed being able to text when we needed something and they were always quick with whatever we needed.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony in the suite and the room was so spacious. It was also very clean. Probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed at.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast was almost inedible. My quiche was burnt and I noticed the other people in the dining room also not eating their food. Definitely room for improvement there.
The shower nob was broken and you really have to watch your step when getting out of the shower/tub as there is nothing to hold on to.
The cost of parking was way too expensive. $55 a day but that includes valet service.
Not the fault of the staff but there was loud construction going on at it kept waking us and our baby up. There was also cigarette smell wafting into our room which as you can understand with the baby is concerning. They offered to move us with the construction which I appreciated and sent security to investigate the cause of the cigarette smoke. But still, it really impacted the overall stay.
