Our apartment was nice and clean. We arrived during the Coconut Grove art fair which made it impossible to drive to the front entrance of the building and the staff were not helpful in explaining how and where to enter the garage to park. We could not reach the staff on the telephone.

We had a lovely stay. The room was just as pictured. The view from the balcony was lovely. The pool had a nice view. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Communication from our host was clear and prompt. Loved the parking and the Cocowalk neighborhood nearby. It was the perfect place for us to stay and I would recommend it highly!!

The hotel itself was almost perfect, sizable room, balcony big enough to actually use, and facilities were clean and modern. The hotel garage was great too. The only downsides were that the hotel restaurant was only a buffet style breakfast, and there was no bar. Also this was more of a long-term rental style; no regular cleaning service or housekeeping.

Great location in Coconut Grove

This was a perfect location to stay and enjoy all the amenities of Coconut Grove. Easy to find, and steps away from everything. Balcony and room were great overall. Lovely views of the water and the pool below. The bed and chairs were not super comfortable, but not bad. We would definitely book again!
