The hallways are old and musty the hotel rooms look and smell old! there was a roach in my bathroom and they had go spray raid in there the pictures up on the internet are sooo different from what it looks like in real life the only thing that was good about that resort was the pool and beach

Welcome to Noiseport Beachside Hotel. We knew there was construction noise to be expected at the hotel when booking and although several hours of heavy hammer drilling exceeded our expectations, the biggest problem turned out to be not construction noise. It was all the other noise. If you enjoy listening to club music from 10am to 10pm every day, then you will probably be ok. But for us it was too much. It seemed like there was constant noise everywhere all the time - from the banging music at the pool, from neighbours watching TV and the sound leaking into our room, from the hallway and the elevators, from people talking loudly right next to our balcony. There's no noise insulation anywhere. The food at the pool is ok, but way overpriced compared to what you can get outside the hotel right across the road, not even 3 minutes walk away. The staff was nice and welcoming. We paid extra for ocean view, but couldn't really see any ocean from it. Overall would not recommend and we won't be coming back. Should've rented an airbnb condo for the same price instead.

The rooms were dirty. I don’t know how this hotel passes inspection. The only reason I did leave is because I couldn’t get a room because it was spring break. The money they charge per night is a rip off. I booked this hotel because my husband used to stay there with his grandparents and my husband and I wanted to share the experience with our grandsons. This was a an expensive and total disappointment

Beautiful view from our ocean front room, some staff were nice while some was extremely extremely rude like security and young guy at front desk. Be prepared to pay resort fee even if you dont use it and pay the high price of parking or valet.

What was to have been an ocean front view was a view of a garage roof and if you leaned out over the balcony you could see the ocean at a distance. The electric outlets are SPARCE and I’m being generous with that. The property phones did not work within the room. The Jets within the Jacuzzi tub did not work. There’s lots of repair work to be done to be considered. This is sufficient accommodation for the way that it was presented. It was a huge disappointment.

The property is under construction so naturally it is limited in amenities. However, it felt dirty and the TV wouldn’t connect to our phone. We never used the WiFi either and there was bad weather so couldn’t enjoy the pool. We were charged the resort fee for “amenities” but again didn’t even enjoy them. Overall just disappointing

I was aware that property was under construction but that fact doesn't play any role in my comments below. Overall conditions of the hotel are very, very bad. This hotel needs remodeling like 30 years ago. Carpets in the hallways are stained beyond believe. Walls need paint job. Room was in better condition but still looked like a 2 star motel. And not like a 4 star hotel. No cofee, sugar and milk in the room. Had to call customer services everyday in order to get it. Bed was comfy. View from the balcony was good. Pool is very good. Staff around the pool is very good, helpful and polite. Bar next to the pool offers good choice of the drinks and food. Good access to the ocean. I personally wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Hopefully renovation will fix all this issues.

Staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable. Light bulbs needed replacement. Floor in the room and hallway was filthy. Room had not been vacuumed. No kitchenette supplies. Only disposable cups--not eco-friendly. Sheets and towels were clean.
