We didn't even stay here. I changed hotel due to not have a good impression walking in to the front door. And the outside was bad. So we left.

After calling and getting no answer several times over a 30 minute period they finally answered the phone to tell us where to meet the shuttle. 50 minuted later it showed. We were in toom 229 and it smelled super musty, comforter was ripped and the pillows were not pillows. Not sure what rhey were but they were hard and extreme lumpy. Breakfast was ok but thats the best I can give it. I get the whole you get what you paid for but I'd rather sleep in the airport.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We didnt even stay. Staff were very rude and barely spoke english. I called ahead to let them know we arrived early and if early check in was possible, they didnt even acknowledge that and shortly stated which door to go to shuttle at the airport, and immediately hung up on me. We finally arrive, i ask about early check in and get "check in at 3" as the clerk turns away with his airpods in. No other explanation. I am ok waiting but to be disrespectful about it is unecessary. Not to mention: lobby is dirty, hot and humid inside, and black mold is growing in corners and around sprinklers. Limited seating to accomodate waiting guests, and staff that will barely look at you. I went in to cancel my reservation and they just said "we cant cancel it" and wouldnt leave an explanation. Whatever, we stayed at a nearby courtyard marriot hotel. Disgusting quality, if the lobby was this bad, imagine how bad the rooms are.

They never entered my room to empty garbage never brought me clean towels my toilet stopped flushing twice. Your driver never picked me up at airport I waited over 2 1/2 hour for hotel. I payed a uber 27.00 to get to your dump of a hotel Worst place I have ever stay and I travel all over USA

Attendees never cleaned the room. The phone didn’t work and the person at the front desk told me none of them worked. I wasn’t able to get an extra pillow unless it was from housekeeping who left for the day. The night front desk people were rude. The room stink.

BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITHA CLOGGED SINK WITH DIRTY WATER... I WENT TO TELL THE FRONT DESK AND THE MAN WORKING ON 11/6 AT 11:30pm HAD THE NERE TO TO PUT MY HAND IN THERE AND UNCLOGG IT. THE BATHTUB WAS FULL OF HAIR- THEYGAVE ME A TOWEL STAINED WITH BLOOD MARKS...THE FLOORS WERE FLITHY....BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE....ITS AN OLD HOTEL AND I DONT KNOW HOW EXPEDIA EVEN ALLOWS THEIR SITE TO PROMOTE THEM.THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WOULD NOT ACCOMODATE ME WITH ANOTHER ROOM KNOWING ME AND MY KIDS TRAVELED ALL DAY- AND HE TOLD ME AND THE EXPEDIA REPRESENTIVE THAT " THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE LAZY AND HAVENT BEEN DOING A GOOD JOB '.

No maintenance done in a while . Water damage and mold on the roof. Door on entry was very shaky felt like anyone could break in . Was booked to stay 6 days and left within 20 minutes of arriving. Did not feel safe at all. Would not recommend.

No me gustó el trato de que ahora hay que pedir que le arreglen las camas si uno no lo pide encuentra el cuarto con las toallas sucias y la basura y las camas como una las deja no se las arreglan tiene uno que decir que le limpien el cuarto cuando antes no era así todos los días le limpiaban el cuarto eso es lo único h que cambien el desayuno lo mismo y lo mismo todos los días huevo pan y waffles.
