No heat in the room. Paint peeling and rust in the door jams especially in the bathroom. I am not a picky person but this hotel is way over charging for substandard conditions. Not even kleenex in the room. I think a safety inspector would have issues with this room.

Pics on the website for expedia are horrible...place is old and like a super 8 motel...not like other Quality in ns ive been too....very old and run down...rooms are old and dirty with beat up things and rough....bed was clean so not all bad..will mot be back here and we travel out of miami alot...bteeakfast was limited to 2 hours and no meat product or fruit or muffins...very sad place....do not stay here

The cleanliness , service, and comfort of the room were all terrible. I had to re clean the bathroom hair all over, dirty shower, dirty floor stained linen. Cats all around property, Not sanitary, staff rude and not helpful or cared about how dirty room was. Stated complementary breakfast and only offered eggs and bread. Very terrible stay all around, do not recommend.

We liked absolutely nothing about this property. They refused to give us our money back after having went to check 3 rooms - one sticky floors, one had a strong smell of mold/musty and the other mold was evident in the shower, bottles of prefilled soup, conditioner and body wash in shower I wouldn’t dare use already half squeezed out, front desk staff rude, airport goes right over you, and cats in the hall ways that come up to your door begging for food - one even got into the room when I opened the door and just tried to make himself at home. I’m highly allergic to cats so this was an inconvenience. Dirty walls, hair on towels, I mean really just the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This has been by far the worst hotel ever. The pictures are lying to you and rooms look nothing like them. The bathroom was disgusting and everything was breaking, the sheets smelled like dust, pillows appeared to be very old, weird stains everything and roaches. We changed to another room and it was the exact same thing. Complementary Breakfast (Although grateful) was just eggs and bread. Staff seem to not care, no uniforms and no management.

I have stayed multiple times at this property and the customer service experience has gotten worse over the last two stays. The most recent was this past week where I arrived late so I told the male staff that was in attendant that I wouldn’t stay at the room but I would just collect my Amazon packages. He was reluctant to provide me with my packages and I had to insist multiple times. He first said he doesn’t have the combination for the store room, then he went in and said nothing is there. Thereafter he brought some, then I insisted there are more, then he got the second after repeated requests to just check, at that moment I told him there is more and I had to prompt him three times before he went for the final set of packages. I hope management can look into this guy as I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone due to his behavior.
