The stay was nice its was for going on a cruise (NCL) room was great for HC accessible person but there free shuttle service is not so great towards the HC told driver at 0630am need to go to America airlines door 7 to get HC assistance he told me no drop me in between 6/7 (walk with walker can't walk far) put me out and I had to hump it why my wife with Stage 4 COlon Cancer deals with 3 suit cases, backpack and handbag. Took me 15 minutes to get in side next time I'll just call WORRY FREE

The breakfast buffet is not worth $20.00 per person (a gratuity automatically charged although we did not even see a waitress) Hotel staff was not the nicest. Rooms were clean. Very close to the airport thus 3 stars

Stayed One night. Convenient from airport. They offered rides from the airport to the hotel but couldn’t get any one to answer the phone to be picked up. You just can’t get anyone for any help by phone.

Its our second time on that hotel..its pretty nice and clean. The only thing we did not like is that it was very noisy in the hall, someone was slamming the door every 5 minutes until sometime after midnight.

Rooms were outdated, bedding was clean, bathroom needed cleaning, there was hair in the bathtub. Decent stay for one night before cruise. Pool area was beautiful and serene at night.

Parking used to be free Now they charge an exorbitant amount per day which when it is added to the fee of the hotel is not worth it for me anymore I was a regular customer of your during my my trips to Miami

This property was very nice and suited us well although there was quite a bit of airport noise in the morning. Major warning for guests: DO NOT ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for you. Use Uber or Lyft. We asked for a taxi to be arranged when we checked in. They did not set that up. In the morning, we asked again for a TAXI and they sent some random dude (maybe a friend of the front desk?). He charged us $60 to take two of us downtown. When we returned to the airport, an Uber charged us $16. Regency, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed. I'd like a refund, but I doubt you'll respond.
