Hopefully this doesn’t get posted and is just forwarded to the hotelier’s quality assurance dept. The smart Tv was a plus. The rooms have a heating/ac combo unit but it only provides AC.(i did ask, the desk rep advised, there’s no heat) There was no comforter on the bed.(i guess because it’s south florida…) Only thin sheets lined the bed. I used the extra blanket from the room closet but it was more of a throw blanket so not a comfortable night AT ALL. The room i stayed in, 418, had a draft that had me lying in fetal position under my coat and the thin sheet and extra blanket to retain my heat. Was able to sleep from 11p-3:30a before just being uncomfortable. The temperature low was 50 at 8pm dropped to 43 degrees (3:30a) My last grievance is that cx service was hit or miss. The lounge staff were okay once attentive but it was odd that myself and other patrons who entered the lounge weren’t greeted by the two male tenders and an additional female employee who was present. The woman at least smiled as a gesture of hello. The three continued their convo while looking directly at us; it was only a 20-30 seconds’ delay in greeting but it was odd. Overall, If it was not a holdover night before my cruise, i’d be very irritated and probably had left for another hotel. (Note, I am from nj and happened to come to south florida at the one time when it has an artic blast so not blaming the hotel for the weather.)

Loved it. Was perfect for us after a cruise. Nice little bar, perfect size pool, my kids loved the pool table. Beds were so comfy. The breakfast buffet was great too! We will be back.

I dont like the buffet,and i like the property and the personal ,they care about customers..i dont receive my deposit yet,i laeve at 4am.and i laeve everything like they are.i suppose to get my deposit back
