My toilet got clogged and i reported i to the front desk, Christian on the front desk handed me the plunger so I could fixed it by myself!!!! Unbelievable!!! Asked him to fix it or call someone or change my room, he made wait several minutes and changed my room for one on the first floor with a strong smell of Chinese food!!! By that time I was already exhausted and slept there!!! First time I had a bad experience in this hotel, normally I stay there for my business trips… nobody apologized or tried to help me!!! I guess it was my last time there!!! I wish I could have my money back!!! Horrible experience and service!!!

Pague por una acomodación para 5 personas. El sofá cama no sirvio porque Los resortes eran espantosos, al colchón se le sentían los alambres. No me brindaron ninguna solución. No recomiendo el sitio. Costoso, mal servicio y pésimo el sofá cama.

The only thing I did not like is that hotel maid is provided every other day. We were 6 in a suite and stayed in the hotel for two nights. We needed bathroom and kitchenette trash bags to be taken out of the room. We did not even cook, but we still needed the trash to be removed from the room. We arrived at the hotel on Monday evening and left on Wednesday, of course there was trash from six persons. I called front desk the second day and was informed housekeeping is every other day. I asked if some one could pick up the trash, I was told hotel maid was going to come to the room the next day, the day we were leaving. In other words, hotel maid never came during our stay. We had trash in the room for three days We also needed more towels, soap, and toilet paper. I was told to pick them up at front desk.
