The things I did not like was only one elevator working the bathroom in my room. First first, the toilet was not working properly and the shower kept running water without stopping. Regarding the toilet I had to physically go in and flush the toilet by hand in the bowl. Other than that, everything worked out well. Service at the desk, move me in and out.

Be cautious.

Mold in shower. No blankets on the beds just sheets. Front desk staff not very friendly. 2 elevators. One broke the other about to break and the inspection certificate inside the elevator was expired over a year.

The pictures are not actual pictures of hotel. Everything is rusted & smelt like marijuana. Missing & broken tiles in bathroom. Mold in bathroom. Horrible.

Our flight was cancelled and this was one of the only places left with vacancy. We would have been better off staying at the airport. The room keys did not work. We needed staff to let us in the room, then couldn’t leave for fear we wouldn’t get back in. There was one towel and staff said there were no more. Mold on the ceilings. Damp and dank carpet. Faucet in the bathroom installed too close to the basin so you can’t wash your hands or rinse your toothbrush without touching the basin. Loudest and most inefficient AC. Overhead lights didn’t work. Only one lamp worked. Super sketchy and run down overall. Don’t love that they jacked their prices for a last minute stay so we spent 4x what the room usually goes for. Zero stars.

i paid 300 for one night , plus an 100 deposit which I NEVER GOT BACK . i been calling & asking but i already know how miami is so i know it’s an loss . they had NO WORKING WIFI , tried to charge me $50 to check in early at 3 pm then told me $30 lmao what a scam . the actual check in was 4 . room was by an dirty construction room . 0/10 worst experience ever never in a million years i had to deal w an hotel like this at all

Dates: February 27-March 2, 2025-WE immediately checked out after entering the room. Feb 28, 2025,1am, checked in. The check-in process was a bit of a process, as I use apple pay for charges, the hotel was left instructions by the manager that they needed a copy of my card used to book the room through Expedia. After a lengthy process we were finally able to get the room assignment, we immediately left and to grab a quick bite to eat at the local McDonalds. We then went back to the hotel, went inside and tried to enter our room. Our troubles continued as when we reached room 606 and found that our keys did not work. We made our way back downstairs, where we were given new keys, these keys also did not work. After our second unsuccessful attempt, an associate sent security up with us to determine the issue. Security informed us that the room had a new lock, necessitating yet another set of keys. Security eventually opened the door for us, but we were met with extreme disappointment at the conditions inside. The room was in a disgustful state: the carpet was sticky, filthy, and torn, while the drapes were dirty and stained. the beds, only had sheets and pillows, lacking any blankets or comforters. For our party of 4 there was 1 towel only. The wall and around AC unit has black mold on them. Given the deplorable and unhealthy conditions, we opted not to unpack, we turned in our keys, told no refund. I am extremely disappointed with Expedia for advertising this property.

Hotel room was found with dirty sheets initially, desk stated shortage in towels and sheets so new sheets weren’t found. Desk was friendly and hotel was cheaper so I don’t expect resort standards but having clean sheets/towels is a must in a hotel setting.
