Rooms don’t have slippers , cotton buds toiletries. Sound from next door room can be heard very clearly. Called concierge but nothing has been done . They were talking with loud voices and music until 3 AM. Sofa in the room had lots of stains . I didn’t feel that the room or the bathroom was cleaned properly. Bedsheets looked very old

The staff at SLS Lux Brickell is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice. Noise level? Awful. It was impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep. Motorcycles and sports cars revving their engines obnoxiously then racing up n down the street like Formula 1. Every night. Not cool.
