Great hotel ,very clean ,beautiful room . However the address posted took us to a different location 30 minutes away ,I had to call the hotel and they gave me an alternative address. They should update it online or at least mention the alternative. An extra hour in Miami’s traffic was no fun specially after driving a long drive . Also not convenient to call every time you have to get in or out of parking so they can let you in ,cards didn’t work

The property was very nice and clean. Room was the same and also comfortable. The airport shuttle was a great bonus and was on time! The only two things which stood out to me and for my personal experience was (1) the front desk staff took forever to check us in, and (2) small bottles of water could have been complimentary as opposed to the only option being to having to pay $7 for a bottle of Evian.
