- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.

- Guest must coordinate with our staff for the registration. The contact details will be provided in the check-in instructions.  


Tides charges the following fees payable to the Condominium Association :  


FOB KEY The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEY to access amenities (gym, pool): $30 every two adults. Non-refundable. Charges subject to change between time of booking and check-in date.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval.
