Terrible. Impossible to park. 40 minute wait. Parking not part of hotel. No late check out. Supposedly upgraded but gave me an accessible room so the shower was too small. Meant to sit it it! Awful.

Property is designated 5 star, however it is tired and is not up to the W standards. Poor quality linens, tired decor, slow elevators, issues with door locks, limited outlets for connecting electronics etc. Big spacious room, but more 2/3 star level and certainly no worth 5 star rating or price.
