I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The room was exceptional. We had a view of the pier and enjoyed watching cruise ships leaving and yacht tours. The staff was prompt with requests and the room was perfect. My only only only complaint was the fact that there were only 2 elevators for the whole building. It definitely was complicated on check out day.

SHAMEFUL HOTEL

The photos used to advertise the hotel is the complete opposite of the reality we faced. The carpet was FILTHY, the bedding was damp when we first arrived in the room. We attempted to contact the front desk to no avail. We spoke with housekeeping and the language barrier prevented us from getting a resolve. Having to go to the lobby which was swamped because only having 2 personnel there, we were never able to gain any type of resolution! This was an overnight stay and the next day, we had to walk down 9 flights of stairs because the elevators never came after 10plus minutes of waiting. We encountered others (WITH LUGGAGE) taking the stairs because of the elevator issues. This was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MANY MANY YEARS! SHAMEFUL!

Incredible service, spotless rooms, and a location you can’t beat. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and every detail was perfect — from the cozy bed to the delicious breakfast. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

1. The air conditioning unit produced an excessive level of noise upon activation of the condenser, which significantly disrupted the comfort of the environment. 2. Regrettably, the overall experience during this stay was unsatisfactory in comparison to previous visit. 3. The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and professionalism, consistently offering helpful assistance throughout the stay. 4. The mattress exhibited a noticeable hollow, which adversely affected sleep quality and comfort. 5. The corridor, particularly on the third floor, emitted a persistent odor of humidity, suggesting potential ventilation or moisture control issues.
