Not so clean. 1 elevatior didn't work. Location is very good- in the midle of everything. The staff were very nice- they gave us an upgrade for our room bcs we told them that it is our honymoon.

I like the front desk that very helpful. The stay is fine but we encounter a few things while we stay. I just dont like that the hotel offers of things is not working like the phone inside the room no line and its not working, the vending machine of the floor close by to us is nto working as well and of course the elevator its a bit headache for traffic to wait when you need easy access to use it bec under maintenance.

Great location with walkable shopping choices, The rooms are on the small side but adequate, clean with large a window to see the beautiful view of the marina & cruise port. Most importantly the bed was duper comfortable 👏👏

Great spot and service!

The elevador was really an issue for this hotel . But service was great and friendly. We weregiven a room for estoy check in since we travelled through the night and later were able to more to our reserved room that had the better view we had planned on . The front desk was great with this and we got some rest . This hotel is in a great spot and around the corner is a little café that we went to twice a day for cortadito and pastelito that the valet told us about. Ride to cruise was seemless!
