We requested cream and decaf coffee from the front desk, it never arrived. The room was small, the view was the wall of the next building,. The carpet is very very old, no full size mirror, small one in the bathroom. I expected more for the price I paid for. Don't pictures fool you! Don't book with this hotel. The only good thing, its across Bayside and good sandwich at Celia's restaurant.

Arrived after a long day of traveling and was informed they had a “deficit” of rooms. Was offered an alternative hotel 15 minutes away. I wasn’t willing to pay another Uber 15 minutes away without compensation. Luckily he offered another hotel only a block away which was more acceptable. Will never book this place again.

The hotel overall is good and customer service is very good. Claudia and her team were very friendly and helpful to attend our requests. The security was very professional and very nice. No rating for breakfast because I didn’t have one from the hotel, but they have a microwave so I was able to warm up my food which was very nice.

The staff very kind, the room was clean and organized, the AC a little noisy but keeps the room nice. This is the second time we rent this property on December 31st and we recommend it; you can spend a wonderful End year eve around this area. Safe and emotional and YVE Hotel is a perfect place for a perfect zone.

Hotel was okay. My biggest issues were parking- you’ll spend $50-$120 just for the night and then walk to the hotel with all the luggage. I would think the hotel would work out certain rates with garages but the front desk acted like it was weird for a car to park, and I was stuck driving around rate shopping for an hour. The other issue was the elevator being tiny (5) med size people at most, and vary over worked. We took the stairs 90% of the time 14 floors up and 14 floors down.

Room was dirty. Was told amenities was 22 dollars including water WiFi and gym , I made sure not to use these, I was not told I would automatically be charged, just the price to use amenities . I was charged 25 dollars. TV had no signal. Check in time was to be at 4 , front desk told me to come back at 5 or 5:30.

The security guard is great who helped me find the parking lot and helped me get additional bedding. However, the cleaning lady forgot to provide the extra bedding in the first place for both rooms. She also forgot to return the toilet trash bin after cleaning on the second day and forgot to organize the bed for one room. The mechanical guy entered our room without asking, he thought that the room was vacant. How could that happen?
