It was Miami Ultra weekend and expected to be mild chaos. Our bed had a very tired mattress. The shower drain has hair clogs and would not drain and temperature control of the water was tricky. However, I didn't come for luxury, I came for proximity convince. It is right across the street from the park, and the food options in the area are amazing.

Our check in agent was super friendly, location was awesome, clean and felt safe. Elevator could be an issue for those that cannot climb steps, it was slow and always had a line. Room was clean but small. Very noisy outside on a friday night stay. We didnt mind since we loved the location but if you are bothered by outside noise during all hours of the night, I wouldn't recommend

Old Tired Hotel

Went into room. No hand towels, face cloths, no floor mat. Had to go down stairs to get supplies. No wash cloths at main desk. Elevator had no signage to know what floor you were on. I had to share the elevator with workmen numerous times. Water pressure is non existent.. hot water took forever to get. Had to use my phone to call main desk. Old tired Hotel.. tired Location was great across the road from bayside market but that was it. For the amount of money for this stay I would skip it. Find another level of service,

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Small room and bathroom but overall very cozy place. Love how close it is to Bayside and downtown. The staff at the valet and front desk were very friendly and professional.

The bathroom was so tiny you could barely move. There were three towels, no washcloths no hand towels so we had to use a towel to wash with. The elevators were horrible one was broken and the other one we waited seven minutes and it never showed up. None of the lights came on on the floor. I don’t even know if it was working on that floor. There were stains on the curtains and on the bedspread. The only positive was the security and the front staff were very nice. Location was OK but I would never stay there again. I thought $55 for parking was a little excessive as well.

I don’t usually complain but this property was filthy. We got to the room and there wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the bed- just a comforter. We went to the front desk to let her know and she said that was “standard”. The room was also absolutely filthy. There was legitimate dirt and dust lining the room, and the view from our window was brick wall. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now for my cruises because it’s conveniently located next to terminal. The elevator situation is always an issue. Either one doesn’t work or one never comes. I ended up carrying down my luggage from the 7th floor this time because I needed to leave for my cruise. Very annoying. Also, the handle of the shower broke off twice during my shower and I had to figure out how to put it back on while standing in the shower…

It was like someone cheaply tried to update but ran out of time and money. Our shower controller fell off and the grossness that it exposed was nasty!!! Then the people on the elevator (2 sep rooms) had their shower controller fall off too!! Location was great, stay had A LOT to be desired. Felt dirtier after staying there. Even the hallways were dirty and unvacuumed.
