Property did not keep my reservation for a larger room and did not refund the difference for the standard room they provided. They did waive the city fee but that did not equal the difference. Walls were kinda thin and we had some loud neighbors who made sleep difficult. Front desk staff was not helpful. Otherwise the place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. Cannot speak for the food, did not eat there, was conveniently located to many places in the city.

Loved the pool! It was great that it was a rooftop pool, but had coverage so not in direct sun. Room was good and very modern. Smart lights were a little confusing. Close to Baytown, which was nice. We enjoyed the coffee from the cafe and the rooftop bar was great. Our room was right below the pool and there was loud music/party there LATE into the night. We hardly slept. This seems to be a hotel geared toward the young/party crowd and not necessarily families.

Please be aware that the bathroom/shower is literally in the corner of the room. Flimsy glass with hardly any privacy if you’re sharing the room with a friend … wouldn’t stay here again for the cost. Bed was uncomfortable. Was in a Twin room.

Staff were nice but my room didn’t get cleaned my whole stay i had to wait hours for tissue and wash clothes and towels i probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed was comfortable albeit very high so smaller people would struggle to sit on bed. Glass doors for shower and wc enclosures had oily hand prints. No kettle and tea/coffee in room but fridge is decent size.
