No available reception, no sitting area to wait for check in. Person who let us in was the one who was cleaning the rooms too. Our room was at the 2nd floor which we dont find safe, strangers can just walk up the stairs and knock into ur doors..

Hotel location was great for waterfront shopping & restaurants. Rooms were clean. However, there is no real restroom. The toilet & shower are separate small glassed boxes in the room, with the sink open to the room. No privacy from anyone else in the room, no private space for changing, business, washing, etc.

Loud. Sirens all night, people walking in the hallways, doors (other rooms bathroom doors) slamming at all hours. The bed was basically a fancy thick futon that can be sat up so you dont get a chair in the room. Bathroom was like a gas station stall. They wired the lighting to try to be edgy and fancy, but everything is on sensors. If you cant figure out how to disengage these features, everytime you move in your sleep the lights blast on! I left 2 nights early and went elsewhere. They never asked me about my stay, as they couldnt care less. Looked decent in photos!

Great location and clean hotel. However, it is completely bare bones. Small room, no bathroom, just semi-see through glass to the toilet and shower. Thin walls where we overheard other TVs and everyone’s phone alarm on the hall all morning. Light switches had bright flashing lights all night. Would look for other hotels in the same area instead

Absurd price for minimal room.

Terrible experience. Rooms are tiny with no real privacy for bathroom or shower. Bathroom door in room would not close. Shower felt closer to a stall at a public gymnasium then a hotel bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Given the price per night the value of the stay was absolutely atrocious. Could have stayed in someone's basement at a B&B for half the price and twice the comfort.

Conveniently located to Brightline train. Just a few blocks away. Room was comfortable. Coffee was good. Didn’t like self checkin. Seemed like a waste of time since it doesn’t give a room number. Staff was very nice.

I had such a bad experience my room was changed three times after two days of stay. I told them the shower was broken and wouldn’t close they sent an engineer to super glue yes gorilla glue a magnetic strip on the glass shower door. A day later it came off and continue opening. They waved facility fees for my stay but did not compare to the amount that was spent overall. I am unsatisfied I asked for a supervisor and never got to speak with one. No toilet paper in the room upon arrival and I made 3 separate calls for tissue as it was an emergency and no sense of urgency happened!! No one really spoke English to understand what I needed or to even care! I will be leaving a review on the site too.
