There was no nearby ice machine as shown on their map. Coffee maker in the room did not work & hot water came out everywhere but where it should have.

Room was dated and the furniture was ripped. Hotel grounds were great. The kids loved the koi ponds. Pools were not heated and one of the hot tubs was not working.

We had a premium apartment for five days. The facilities are fairly good, pool and garden like surroundings, but the room had a serious problem with insects. Every morning, when we walked into the kitchen a number of insects on the counter and the floor would scramble to hide. They need to seriously Spray with bug killer to clean up that problem and do it frequently.

Ugh! Dismal.

Poor experience. Room furniture in disrepair. (Lattice in room broken, slats hanging, leather type sofa with 3 large hole in it, unsittable.) No remote to work 2nd tv. Bugs killed in bathroom. Rediculous cost for room. Would never return.

Smoky

The room was clean bed comfortable, bathroom looked updated. They had a nice breakfast out by the pool. The downside is no luggage rack, coffee table and only one chair. There was no do not disturb sign so we thought they would clean on request but entered. Biggest issue was smoking, was told had to smoke off property. Several people would smoke on patio or balcony so every time you’d try and relax on your patio someone would like up and we’d have to go back inside. One desk agent enforced it but another said just not in room! Which is it!? Ground outside patio had several cigarette butts. Another issue became DV, next door, slamming doors yelling, front desk finally called police, 4 hour ordeal from onset to removal of guest on his own.
