My sister and I love this hidden gem in Naples. We stayed here in Nov 2024 & again in Oct 2025. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with incredible staff, immaculate rooms, a great breakfast, free parking, lovely pool/patio and in a great location! We would like to give a special shout out to Krenar, Anne & Nicola. They were all very helpful and friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Thanks for a great stay! Robin & Michele

Amazing experience at this hotel. Is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The view from my room was to the lake and the pool and it was so relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Mattress a little hard (but could be a matter of preference for some people). The only thing that I didn’t like it was that on Expedia said cook-to-order breakfast but it wasn’t. The only choice of eggs was a cold boiled egg. Lack of hot items at breakfast and there was some variety on sweets but mostly donuts and pastries. Anyway everything else was so nice that I would not take a star to the review. I definitely would come back and I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. I felt like during check in the front desk staff was not friendly. All over employees were super nice. The bus driver to the beach was AMAZING! The pool was nice, room was HUGE! View from room was great! Breakfast was super nice and yummy. Everything was super nice. I just didn’t feel very welcomed when I arrived by the 2 ladies at the front desk. They seemed very cold and not welcoming. I don’t know if it’s cause me and my boyfriend were younger and the normal crowd there is like 60s+. But it just felt like the two of them were very judgy. Then when we returned the towels after our beach day they barely spoke to us. The two of them are just not what I would want at the front desk while checking in. Other than that everyone else was super friendly.

Amazing service, the lady that helped with the breakfast is so kind, and lovely, definitely at asset to this place. The front desk staff and most of the staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms and hotel looked very clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of noise but manageable. We loved it and would def stay again.

Boutique hotel with wonderful staff. This was our third visit. Usually love the breakfast that is part of the rate. Disappointed that the omelet bar wasn’t available this visit😞. For those of us challenged with getting protein for breakfast this was a challenge. But we still loved our stay!

Grocery stores nearby. Although the building was recently upgraded to look very"Tommy Bahama" with very nice furnishings, the bathroom shower flooded and the shower wand did not work. When I mentioned this at checkout, I was told they had ordered the parts and they were aware this was not working. Not sure why they gave me this room? The wall A/C units were very noisy. My room in particular sounded like a 747 jet about to take off every time the thermostat went above the selected temperature. Sleepless nights! The beds were not comfortable at all. The TV kept shutting off as we tried to watch. Nice coffee machines inside the room but only one coffee, one sachet of sugar and creamer per person per day. The staff were very nice but while I'm eating my breakfast the cleaner came to my table to remove dishes as I was eating and wiped the table of while singing, both mornings! They did have live musician playing acoustic guitar at breakfast which was very pleasant. The transport to the beach and loan of beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice plus. The "spool" area was nice but the pool was only 4 foot deep, not enough lounge chairs around the pool. I spent one day at the pool and watched several people come to swim and turned to walk away because there were too many tables and no where to sunbathe.

Idyllic hideaway

7 day stay, totally idyllic from check-in to check-out. The hotel is immaculate and the little touches such as the Spanish guitarist playing over breakfast was anotger level. We will definitely be back.
