Nice hotel, but water pressure in the shower was horribly low. That was the worst part of the 4 night stay. Ending the day with a wimpy shower isn’t my idea of a great hotel experience! Nice bars and dining options.

This hotel is mediocre at best. It desperately needs a refresh everywhere in the hotel but especially the villas. They are musty and smell horrible. The worst part about this hotel is waiting long periods of time to get a ride to the beach down the long boardwalk ( they claim it is a 5 min walk but not true) What they don't mention is that it is a shared public beach and you have to wait an hour standing in the hot sun for a shared ride back to hotel or main parking lot for public. With all the resort fees, you do not feel like you are staying in a resort at all. I tried several times to contact management but they do not call back and are unprofessional. When I finally got one ( she was actually very nice and finally accommodating after having to contact several times hours apart to remind) she offered $150 credit for room problems towards resort that you don't want to eat at anyways because food is so awful everywhere there.
