Hotel is great, room spacious, nice welcoming lobby Pool very nice , restaurant look very but no customer for dinner only 6 people including us The food was bad , I don’t like to complaint normally But we ordered a fried calamari , the portion was very small re-heated dry and don’t test fresh at all I returned, I order also Mussels with chorizo was very salty , my wife order as burger and was ok But the burger they served in beach restaurant was must better Breakfast was excellent with nice presentation The restaurant staff was nice

I was given dirty room and had to ask to be moved right away from 709 to 710. My friend started complaining that her body was itching. 2 days after both of us except for my son ( who had long pajamas) have severe itching and bump on our legs, arm ,upper legs . she's taking Benadryl and me I'm planning on going to urgent care. I called hotel and beg to check the room to void anyone else to experience what we're going. through. I called hotel and left a message for a manager to call me back.

Room was dirty, food crumbs all over the balcony like gold fish and pepperoni slices. Table tops had ring marks all over them like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few stays. I booked a gulf view and got a parking lot view. People at the adult pool waited an hour to get service. Several people were upset about this. There is also construction going on right now which caused a lot of noise inside the room.
