Naples Grande Beach Resort offers 474 accommodations with iPod docking stations and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided. Beautiful spacious property, my room had very large tub in the bathroom that also was spacious. Plenty room to place personal items on. Nice view from balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. Golf card takes you to the beach. They are replacing glass doors in some rooms in the hotel so noise of drilling is annoying .The problem is they started every day like 8am. I was getting up early to go to the beach but my daughter wanted sleep longer. In room is small refirigerator . There is no microwave. There is caffee and reastaurant on premises but to go out you need a car or taxi to go . Overall I really enjoyed my stay .

The hotel has great options for family, the pathway to the beach is our favorite thing to do. The only thing I would suggest, perhaps more live around the pool (music). Other than that, we love coming here

The hotel is under construction which they did not disclose anywhere. Very loud drilling and banging all day. When I complained a very rude Saranna stated there was nothing they could do. Very bad situation for not disclosing construction

Didn't meet expectations. Though I asked to give me a room with better view, 1st I was checked in to a room low floor facing the roof:( So I had to go through a hustle o changing the room, which was quite better and had a bathtub. But unfortunately, there was no hot water in the evening so I had to take cold shower:) I thought I will be resting in the morning but this didn't happen either because at 8:30 am a very loud construction drilling noises started. Apparently I was told that either construction or property manager consider it is being normal and acceptable to bother hotel guests that early in the morning. Which was absolutely unacceptable. They could start working at around 11 after check out but hotel management doesn't think about it. They give you a ride to the beach and provide towels and cheislongs, but you pay abundant for their resort taxes and still they do charge extra for beach umbrellas:) And there was not water provided for guests at the beach at all. Nothing special about this place and it is quite outdated.

They gave us an upgrade I guess with a double balcony room however as soon as we entered the room we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of bleach. We had to open the sliding doors to air it out. Then the tv wouldn’t turn on. Lastly when we showered there seems to have been a leak because the hallway carpet would get soaked up. Not great to be honest. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. Staff were ok not overly nice as expected. At midnight we were awaken to a phone call and a maintenance man to fix the leak! In the end wouldn’t stay here again.
