The clarity of speech with the valet and the front desk person(s). Neither showed positive energy when arriving to the hotel and seemed bothered to be working. Check in was ok. Either the front desk person didn't like I purchase through third party or didn't know how to handle it. I had to ask information about breakfast and parking, which tuen out to be perks from hotels.com, not from the hotel. The initial room didn't have a nice coastal view as advertise, but there was no issue to change it. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Water pressure great. Toiletries included except for mouthwash or toothpaste. In room service was fast and food was warm and tasty, although expensive for the flatbread size. Breakfast was amazing, thank you hotels.com for the perk. Lunch at the pool was super tasty. The pool was heated, which was convenient, but it hald mold in some areas, which is why I'm rating it good and not excelent. Dinner was better outside the hotel because of variety. Checkout was easy and uneventful.
