The room was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the area immediately around the hotel is amazing for walk ability, and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and a 6 minute walk to the Kia Arena which was ideal, and the staff were nice and helpful. However, they charged daily for parking ($25 a day) and the ice machine didn’t work. I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking and if there is a fee it shouldn’t be so much per day. These are the reasons why I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5.
