The hotel was clean and smelled nice. My request for a secluded room near the top floor was granted. A couple of the front desk employees were extremely helpful. A shuttle service is available but not very convenient so I ended up using ride share each day. I was there although my event venue was less than 2 miles away.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Both on arrival and departure. Great job! Only negative thing was breakfast, by 9:15 am. Almost nothing left eggs etc. Quality was not even average. This area would make a big difference. Heard numerous complaints. Overall the rest was very good.

It was extremely noisy. The people I had across the adjoinig door came home ta 3 one night and 2 the other. They wre extremely loud. I was told the magaren would speak with them, but they continued the second night. I also heard my neighbors on the right through teh walls, but they weren't loud for too ling. Also, the toilet in my room , 506, was gost flushing. Otherwise super nice and clean.

The service here was amazing from the cafe to the front desk. I wish I had the tools your hiring manager has used. The staff here is amazing, they care and assist in every way possible. Giving recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The cafe had food that hands down is the best I have received from a hotel. I have travelled ALOT. Excellent service at the cafe, Excellent food. This hotel should have 5 stars, hands down. I want to thank all of your staff for the excellent service and awesome stay this weekend. Thank you very much.
