Check in was good, meal in bar good then went down hill. Lift not working after dinner had to use service lift. Couldn't have a bath a plug was broken. Top it all toilet over flowed at just after 7am. Hotel did act quickly & changed our room, complimentary breakfast & refund staff were very apologetic.

House keeper went in our room when we were not there. Reported it to front desk got attitude from the girl and she I had just come in and to call in the morning. The room could use a little more attention. The ceiling had black stuff (looks as if there was a leak previously) and the curtains had stains. Other than that it was good. The staff was AMAZING; everyone was extremely nice as well as the parking attendant. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT COOKIES.
