Paid parking was a rude surprise, no coffee in the room was a bit sad, the tub was incredibly slippery, and no promised free waters. The woman in the coffee/snack shop was really personable, friendly, and a good barista. The bartender was friendly and quick. A a Hilton Honors member I expected better.
