IT WAS WONDERFUL..THE BED WAS SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE..THE ROOM WAS CLEAN..HAD MINOR ISSUE WIT THE AIR BUT FRONT DESK SENT SOMEONE TO FIX IT ASAP AND IT WAS DONE..THE FRONT DESK LADY DONNA WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL..WILL STAY HERE EVERY TIME I VISIT ORLANDO NOW

I wished to have taken the name of the lady who checked me in, she was so incredibly polite and welcoming. To anyone reading this review from management property, please ker her know she did a great job. Warm cookies to make me feel appreciated? Yes, Double Tree Orlando Downtown, thank you. The only downside was carts of room attendants left in the hallway on the 8th floor; not so much of an elevated look; otherwise I enjoyed my visit.
