Staff was incredibly helpful but we had to switch rooms as the A/C was not working - no fan no nothing in the first room. The second room- fan worked- but no A/C. Engineer had to come repair to get it to cool. Aging building needs preventive upgrades

No hot water in the entire hotel. Both heaters in my room did not work. It was under 40 degrees both nights I stayed. The hotel was booking guests without telling them that they did not have hot water and then would in return only offer 30% off of your stay…

The room was nice however i feel since im paying a deposit i shouldnt have to pay for self parking if you're paying for valet one or the other but not both.

Everything. What went well would be the better question. The check-in lady was not very nice, she was very short with me, when I asked the best way to get to our room she just pointed towards the opposite end of the lobby, and did not warn us about the $75 deposit for each night. Just charged it to my card. We had a double queen room on the 12 floor that faced the highway. The room was so loud due to the highway traffic, even on the 12th floor. (if you are unlucky to get a room that faces that way, ask to move) I only got a few hours of sleep each night. The bathroom had a vent fan but no switch to turn it on. So good luck there. We stayed for several days and one bed was made nicely daily while the other just... wasn't touched for some reason, and the coffee in our room was never restocked. The valet costs $36 per day, and $33 for self park, regardless on how often you come and go. We paid for breakfast for each day and on the last day they had no record of us. We waited around while they "checked." We saw that the employees where just having a little chat instead. When I was checking out the lady was so kind to me and that was nice. She told me the manager would call me today but it's past 6 and still no call nearly 12 hours later. The upside- when I asked for an extra blanket they did give me one, the valet guy and last desk lady was nice. But I expect better of Hilton.
