The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a Starbucks on site was also nice. Some of the carpet near the elevators was stained and looked dated, but clean.

Toilet did not flush. Shower was warm not hot. Parking in their attached garage is a horrible ordel. And you pay $35 for the hassle. In your face gouge, and a hassle to boot. Exiting the garage the next day was a 20 minute ordeal. horrible experince.

The room was huge it also included a bar. However, the carpet, furniture and accents in the room were dated probably back to the 1980s. The carpet also smelled moldy. This hotel needs a thorough upgrade

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this trip as Hilton brand is supposed to be great. The rooms were old and smelled muggy. Everything felt dirty. The elevators were old and needed cleaning inside and out. The bathrooms didn’t have much space at all to put any toiletries. The way the curtain rod was hung the curtain kept sliding to the middle and water kept getting on the floor. The toilet clogged twice and for a family of 4 trying to use one toilet that’s very difficult. I was shocked that there wasn’t a continental breakfast and no complimentary coffee downstairs. Those are two staples that most hotels have or at least the coffee. I was also surprised to find that even though we parked our own car we still had to pay for parking. With that said the lady who made our coffee was super sweet. Very disappointed in Hilton, though.

We stayed there to watch the Pentatonix Christmas concert. The rooms are so outdated. The thermostat was so old it was hanging out of the wall. There was only an option of fan, no AC and it never got lower than 76. The refrigerators were hot. The toilet was made for a midget, so low to the ground I’m so glad we didn’t bring my parents in their 70s. Lesson learned. They were very kind and did bring me an extra blanket while we were at the concert (I was expecting to freeze like most hotels.) It was more like a beach towel.
