Easy check in and got to check in early. The rooms are nice and big. Loved the welcome party with free drinks. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and shuttle to airport was quick and easy.

No shampoo in the room and parking for $25 in an open surface parking lot is an additional fee to customers; unnecessary. Many cars ticketed present a cheap way to add costs to customers. Many Hotels nearby did not require fee for parking. Hotels.com needs to add a $ sign to the self-parking part of hotel description so buyers are aware without additional clicks.

The room was spotless. The shuttle was very convenient and the breakfast was better than most. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and amazing aside from two front desk individuals but the front office manager rectified the issues right away and was very helpful.

There was a conference at the hotel and people were hooting it up loud in the bar area from 5PM till 10PM and later. The sound echos up the atrium and into my living room Non stop! I went outside my room and saw other guests coming out to see what the racket was all about. What good is a suite if i have to go in my BR to hang out?

The room was big and spacious with four sinks and two TVs in separate rooms. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar was only open after 4pm. We were given two free drinks per person. The dining experience was less than perfect, the only reason for a "good review" over an "excellent"
