I really like staying at this hotel. The front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great. Some even go out of their way to drop you off at level 1 at the airport if you are going on a cruise instead of flying out, instead of dropping you off at ticketing and then you having to get your luggage down to level 1 either by the elevator or escalators. I highly recommend this place.

Our second floor room looked out onto a roof. which wasn't too bad. However, there was a huge air conditioner unit outside our window on the same roof which was quite LOUD on and off 24/7. DO not get room 205!

Pre-cruise stay!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Very close to airport and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Hotel staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
