I had to pay to park for one. They also held a huge ball the second night and the music was so loud I had to change rooms just to sleep. We had to get up really early for a meeting. It was not fun trying to get that resolved. Staff didn’t seem to care that the entire room was vibrating from the base and I couldn’t even hear the TV just the base constantly for hours and hours. I had to get the manager involved as the front desk was useless. I was contacted by the manager who was kind enough to put me in a higher leveled room. I had to pack up all my things just to get some rest. It was very frustrating. In my opinion they should put people higher up if they plan on hosting big events like this. I was told the ball would end around 12am. I should have received a refund for the trouble.
