Great spot in Orlando at walking distance to main spots. Nice surroundings and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed pool and cleanliness as well as modern style. Bed is not very comfortable (too soft) .

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Only expensive valet parking, no self parking option. Noisy cars racing the streets well into the AM hours. Exterior doesn't dampen the sound much. Good location for walking about a mile to the Kia Center for concerts and other events.

The hotel itself was good. It was just what I needed. The only thing I did not like was the valet-only parking service simply because of how long it could take. The workers did their best, but I feel like through better management the valet service could be a little quicker during rush hours. At one point I waited 20+ minutes for my car.

The first night of my stay started very well. It was actually the biggest hotel room that I have purchased. It appeared clean and I unloaded all of my items and left for a four day conference. The first night of the conference, I arrived home at 11 and a bug was on the headboard. I took a picture, killed the bug and contacted the front desk. They offered to exchange my room. I explained that I really liked the room and could someone spray the room. She agreed and sent the security person my room with room refresher spray. He had no idea that there was a bug in my room. I showed him the picture. The front desk person who later I discovered was the manager also included that someone would clean the following day. My room was cleaned the day before I left on Friday. I spoke with her on Saturday after checking out. She stated that she could not compensate me because I did not use Hilton Hotels directly and used a thurd part vendor.
I'm not certain what bug this was but it was alive and untreated

My only complaint is you have to valet park or else park down the street and walk back to your hotel. You also have to walk to anything else like to eat because there are no parking lots or spaces. I only saw 1 parking garage. The hotel itself was nice and clean though.
