It is a convenient location. The hotel is at a very good place and is very close by to Disney and a decent drive to Orlando Universal. The surrounding location is also pretty easy to navigate and has good shopping complex right opposited which makes it easy to buy stuff

Theme park transportation is restricted to certain times. It made getting to parks other than magic kingdom at opening challenging. We needed up taking the bus to Magic Kingdom transportation hub and getting a Lyft to Hollywood studios.

Great property, breakfast buffet was great, strong coffee. Gets a little crowded due to all the families trying to get breakfast in before heading to the parks. Shuttle service is a third party so not always on time & or can get over crowded & run times not always convenient. Housekeeping is every other day which is nice. Did not like the pillows they were flat. Also the sliding door for the bathroom is heavy & no handle so makes it hard to open/close if you have long nails. Shower pressure is weak but hot water was consistent.
