Room clean and roomy with tons of storage space. Would have liked a tub for the little ones. Hallway doorways are narrow. If you have a double-wide stroller, it will not fit through the doorway. Breakfast was ok, but could be more efficient and have scrambled eggs instead of egg patties.

Due to attending a family event in another part of Florida, I only had time for a one night stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get to fully enjoy my lovely room, try the hotel's breakfast or other amenities. I appreciated the staff storing my luggage while I enjoyed the Disney Christmas decorations at the hotels and Disney Springs. It was all I had time for. I do wish it was clear in the hotel description that the park shuttles had to be scheduled ahead of time. Due to vision issues, I don't rent cars when I travel and chose the hotel because it advertised park shuttle, so 2 extra Ubers were required. Other than the transportation inconvenience, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and the friendly staff members that helped me store and retrieve my luggage.

This is the second time, I've stayed here. All the staff are super helpful, the rooms are cleaned, they have all the amenities tou would need especially if your traveling with children. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The amenities and the room were great especially for the price! The only issue we ran into was the bathroom not being the cleanest but the staff were very helpful and responsive. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to Disney!!!
