The pool was great and access to the grills was awesome as we had late night cookouts by the gorgeous pool after our theme park days. Breakfast could be a little better but for the price it was fair. Area was very convenient, close to target and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the stay, however just a minor issue that I had to complain at the front desk was that there was some weird smell in the bathroom. When I talked about this to front desk, he mentioned if it was some drainage smell which I believe he knew about it. Since we were not at the hotel for most of the time, this was manageable, but it could have been better.

I really love this hotel but it has gotten super crowded. The staff are not as friendly as they use to be. The rooms are great and clean. The location is great but just soo many people!

Mostly a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and responsive. The shopping and dining in the immediate area were very convenient to have around and a few key places had later hours to accomidate the theme park goers. Most people seemed to stay here for disney, but we were in town for universal and still found it pretty convenient. If i had one bad thing to say is both times we used the pool it seemed in need of cleaning (cloudy water with lots of bugs floating around)
