Wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! Except being surrounded by all the Disney people (which we arent), it was good. Pool was warm, room was so clean and even had a dishwasher with soap provided. Hide-a-bed was super comfortable especially for a bed like this. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast servers were wonderful! Especially our first 2 days. Ladies were very helpful and attentative.

We just started staying at you hotel a few months ago and we love the suites and the people are always great. This time how ever just a few things, the ice machine on or floor was not working and two lights in our room were out. But your people have always been great and we will stay again. Thanks, Ron

Awesome, family spot!

Love the hotel, the pool with a big slide (3 kids from 11 to 18 yrs old seriously enjoyed it), the room, the cleanliness, the plaza full of restaurants and a small, Disney focused target, and the location close to the parks! If i could it a 10 out of 5 rating, I would! And loved the Disney waffles for breakfast!

Friendly staff. Clean laundry facility just $3 per load. You can get quarters at the front desk. You can see the fireworks from your window in room 318. Very close to Disney property. Stabucks, Firehouse subs, Wendys near by. Kids loved the heated pool and slide.

Property is great but parking near hotel is limited and may have to park in garage if get there late after 10pm but the hotel and staff are top notch with a wonderful breakfast with Mickey Waffles 😊 Absolutely recommend it - close to all parks with less than 15 drive

It’s not pet friendly , it’s just for the people who have pets. Same breakfast everyday, $20 for night parking which was never mentioned but at desk they will tell. All over dogs , dog poop and pee on the carpet in hallway. Crazy. If you don’t care about cleaning that’s the best spot to stay

Two male front desk receptionists were not helpful. First impression was not good. Room was not 100% ready for new guests. No hair conditioner no hairdryer no extra garbage bags no kitchen towels

A few cosmetic issues but other than that it was a great stay. Cleaner hotel with black out curtains. Cannot beat the size, kitchen set up, and complimentary breakfast for the price. A hotel that invests in solid surface counters is a win in my book. The bedroom/living room combo I was given had a dish washer, residential cabinet depth size fridge, big double vanity in bathroom, updated mirrors with lighting built in, and a decently comfortable king size bed. It was all clean, with minor issues I could look past like a sliding door latch that was broken. Shower had decent pressure and enough room to bring my toddler in with me. Overall I would say I had an excellent stay. If I had to choose I would stay there again. Even though when you head towards Disney parks it can bea bit congested, it still wasn't excessively time consuming.
