Location was great with nearby places to eat and shop and Disney close by. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were decently comfortable. The hallways were generally quiet and the elevators were sufficient and timely for the property.

from the moment my family and I walked in, until we checked out, the staff was so helpful and welcoming! Rooms were cleaned and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Blanca from the front was so helpful and sweet! The area was clean. The food was all delicious! I would just add some more fresh fruit options and pork free breakfast meats for guests.

The hotel was close to Disney parks, service and amenities on the ground were great, we felt very safe in and around the facility and it was fairly clean with good scents. The breakfast was also decent. My kids love the heated outdoor swimming pool. We will definitely go back — nothing to complain about.

Loved it! Easy access to Disney, spacious comfortable room which was great, lovely heated pool (the food at the pool bar was very nice!). The staff at the pool bar were awesome! Everyone friendly and chatty, I will miss Avre (not sure if I spelled it right) and his margaritas :). Top holidays!

I loved the variety of breakfast foods! The staff are extremely welcoming and always available to help. There was something wrong with the microwave in the room. Spoke with the front desk and they told me, “We’ll have maintenance take care of it.” Returned that evening and it was fixed that day! Very impressed with this hotel. The outdoor area was very clean and calming!
