Ended up booking this hotel last minute after a terrible experience at another hotel. We showed up 5 minutes after booking and got our room in 30 seconds. Staff was really nice and free breakfast was a plus! The pool was great and our room was very clean. Super close to the parks. Will book again.

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. The hotel rooms are very large with pull couches, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect cooking. The hotel staff is on another level they offer top-tier service at all hours. The free breakfast is great. Parking is 20 dollars per day and the hotel refundable deposit is 100 dollars at check-in which is pretty standard. It is a 3 star hotel with 5 star treatment and experience. I will definitely book again.

It was a beautiful hotel. They said the outdoor pool was heated. It definitely was NOT heated so be prepared. We went in thinking it would be some what comfortable but it was freezing cold water, which I would expect except they said it was heated

Excellent hotel and stay. Don’t waste your time looking at other properties with more stars, this place has all the amenities you need and then some. Hotel was clean, suites are modern with new fixtures and furnitures. Outside pool is surrounded by palm trees with hotel bar next to the pool to refresh yourself with food and drinks. Breakfast was included with more than ample variety. Mickey waffles was a favorite and they change up the breakfast options every morning so it doesn’t get stale. Hotel is 10 mins away from Disney and all the other main attractions in Buena Vista area. Across the street there is a huge strip mall with all sorts of restaurants and stores - a hop and skip away. Everything was clean and well thought through. I have nothing but compliments to the staff and management of this hotel. Ten stars.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Winter Garden, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a Hilton property. Upon arriving at 5 PM, I was given a smaller room than what I had reserved and paid for. The front desk clerk informed me that they were overbooked and that I needed to return to my original room to retrieve my luggage. This was particularly upsetting as I have disabilities that necessitate a specific type of accommodation. Thankfully, after explaining my situation, the clerk was able to find a suitable room for me, but it was frustrating to think that I had made a reservation and still faced such inconvenience. Additionally, I ordered a pizza for my 11-year-old daughter, who wanted to relax in the room for the night. I received a photo of the pizza being delivered to the front desk, but when I went to collect it, I was shocked to learn that another guest had taken it. I was never notified that my food had arrived, which seemed like a basic courtesy. This mishap forced me to take my daughter out for food at 10 PM, which was less than ideal. After these experiences, I found myself wanting to spend as little time at the hotel as possible. This stay was not reflective of the service and hospitality that Hilton claims to uphold in their mission statement. I plan to follow up with the corporate office to address these issues, as this seven-day stay was anything but heartfelt.
