Housekeeping never came to my room, I asked why & the answer I got was “I don’t know” so then we asked for clean towels, we was told we had to bring down the dirty towels, called for a shuttle, was told the shuttle will be to get us from the airport no one never showed we had to get a Uber, asked why the shuttle never came again we got “I don’t know”.

I like that it was convenient and rooming enough us all to be in the same room. It needs a walk-in shower and ADA toilet. It was too small or get a raise toilet seat for the next guest.

No information at all that the hotel is being renovated. All dusty and very dirty. Requested to clean the room as per information in bathroom rooms will be cleaned every other day truns out NOTHING! They changed the carpet on the whole 2nd floor and left debris every where inside the rooms. Front desk was not helpful at all. Very dissapointed

Great hotel very clean, roo.s were spacious. FYI...lobby under construction and no vending machines. Airport shuttle never arrived at airport had to to taxi to hotel.

The property is centrally located near restaurants, long term parking, and the airport. The hotel is under renovation, and there was no prior notification. Despite a substantial portion of the lobby being wrapped in plastic, There was a notable amount of drywall dust in the air, which agitated my daughter’s allergies. This was not a favorable experience. The current situation should be noted on the website to allow potential customers to make an informed decision.
