This hotel is in the dirtiest, most unsafe part of Orlando, right across the street from a drug rehab facility. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in on more than one occasion. The air conditioner was caked in sludge, the room wasn't clean and the bed had many questionable stains. We stayed 5 minutes before we bailed.

Nasty and smelled like a dump. There were roaches in the lobby, the wood in the room was rotting, the air conditioning sucked, the room reeked of smoke (although we booked a non-smoking room). I’d rather sleep in my car.

We had a late flight and arrived after 11pm, the night counter is outside and we felt unsafe doing the transactions at that late hour without security outside. The night front desk agent wasn't very helpful, barely talked to us. I would recommend that after seeing ID and reservation information, to let the guests go into the lobby to finish the transaction for a safer environment for all, more so being two women alone at that time. The room was fine, clean, the bed was a king size and super comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities for the handicapped as requested, however the shower was so tricky to work that took us forever to figure out. For a handicapped person, this is a problem because both showerheads turned on or off and the temperature were all over the place when trying to adjust and could be difficult for someone that cannot reach or has mobility issues. Another issue was the room card deactivated during the day and wouldn't work when trying to open the door at night. We had to go every night to the front desk outside (again doing this transaction late at night in the outside counter) to have it activated. The same night worker just activated it and didnt offer any room key changes or anything. Also, we wanted breakfast included but the breakfast area was temporarily closed and we couldn't benefit of the suppsedly added value and frankly one of the reasons we reserved the hotel. We had to eat out every morning which was inconvenient for our budget.

Baymont Hotel – Downtown Orlando (Actually a Motel)" I am extremely disappointed with my stay at what was advertised as the ,."Baymont Hotel" in downtown Orlando. To be clear, this was not a hotel it was a motel, and that distinction makes a significant difference. Had I seen accurate pictures of the exterior, I would never have booked this property. The online reviews were misleading, and the distance to the event I was attending was not accurately stated. The misleading images, inaccurate distance, and misrepresented quality of the accommodations all played a major role in my decision and I regret it entirely. From the moment I arrived, I felt unsafe. There were multiple signs of deception and poor maintenance. ● The room looked nothing like the pictures ● The door lock was secured with duct tape, Lockwood's loose had to put a chair on the door every night. ● I had to purchase my own cleaning products just to feel somewhat comfortable. ● I was moved to four different rooms due to issues. ● At one point, a "car was blasting loud music outside my door". When I contacted the front desk, they suggested, I was ask to go ask the person to turn it off, puttingmy life in a dangerous situation. ● There were strange men loitering around late at night including a white van parked outside my room. ● A strong smell of marijuana was coming into the room through the gap under the door, which was nearly 2 inches off the ground, leaving space for bugs, rodents, and noise. I want a refund

Check in was okay, I arrived 1 hour after check in. The room I requested (single king) was not available, so they put me in a double queen. The room reeked of smoke (people next door were visibly smoking both in and out of their room). Stains on the pillows, sheets, and comforters. The toilet was dirty, floor sticky. Breakfast was stale and gross.

I asked for Early check in cause They offered it and no rooms were available. The young Man in the front was very nice. I felt bad for him. The breakfast room was unkept and milk was spoiled The outside garbage can was overflowing with trash 🗑️. Our room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. They were people smoking marijuana outside the whole freaking night I paid extra for late checkout and one of the employees came twice to wake up My wife to check out. Also the shower tub had cigarettes burn marks. I definitely will never stay here again Me and my wife felt very unsafe Stay away from this hotel Thanks
