Toilet doesn't flush right, we asking twice for someone to fixed then we noticed that it could be a problem so we asking for other room then they did that but also because of that we asking for a discounted because the "queen" beds are too uncomfortably the futton looks bigger than the beds. They said they have to ask someone for the discount but come on it was obvious question they just can do it but they didn't yet. Beds are too firm and hard for our backs, we woke up with back pain.
