We were traveling for 2 weeks in Florida and needed a place to stay close to the airport with a shittle after returning our rental car. The expansive room gave us space to organize and repack. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. It close to restaurants to walk for dinner.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was overall good, the shuttle was timely! The only negative was the room had a terrible mildew smell, the doors were very difficult to open, and the curtains were broken!

We made a reservation one night in advance for their complementary shuttle bus that would leave for the airport at 7:45 the next morning. We checked out at 7:00 and had our breakfast in the lobby while waiting for the shuttle. We finished our breakfast and start to head outside for the booked shuttle around 7:43. There was no shuttle at all. We went to the front desk to check the situation. She told me the shuttle already left. So we have to wait for the shuttle coming back from the airport. Then I asked the driver why he left earlier, he shouted at me and denying he had left earlier. The next scheduled shuttle will be at 8:30, we couldn’t wait for another 30 minutes. I asked him how can I go to the airport, he said it was not his problem, he didn’t care. Then he said to the front desk to let us take Uber, he will not send us. The front desk was never on our side but let us go outside instead. We took Uber to the airport in the end. I’ve never seen this before, it was totally unacceptable! Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to get abused and insulted.

The staff was friendly and the room was fine. Would have been nice of the shuttle ran later than 1 AM. Our flight was delayed and we didn't land until 1 AM. We only chose Ramada b/c they had a shuttle service. We ended up paying $25 for an Uber
