Room was upgraded and spacious. Also close to the elevator. The only reason it was not 5 stars was the hallways were very loud at night because parents were letting their children shout and run through the hallways. Very disrespectful.

We stayed on both ends of our trip. Staff was helpful when our flight was canceled and we needed an additional night. Kimberly was always cheerful and efficient. Reliable shuttle service. Both rooms that we had needed maintenance - dripping tub faucet, loose handicap bar, broken thermostat. We asked for a 4:00 a.m. wake-up call that we did not get. Just a suggestion - the front desk should make sure people understand about using the QR code for parking when they check in; my elderly parents would have walked past all of your signs without knowing what to do.

1st room didn’t not have any hot water and also the pull out couch had all kinds of old food under neath the cushions. Room look like it hadn’t been used in a long while with the amount of dust that was collected on headboard and in the corners. I let front desk know that I couldn’t compromise not having hot water and she did replace my room.

We loved our room - king bed plus living area w couch and room for a pack n play. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The ladies in charge of breakfast made sure all foods were stocked. There was something for everyone in my family. Breakfast was busy, but it was easy to grab and bring back to the room. The location was perfect with plenty of ahopping and food options within walking distance. We used the laundry on site and again, no complaints.

We were in fitr a short stay with flight scheduled for next day early morning. Room overall is quiet and clean. Liked the shuttle arrangement for the time of my request and the driver was polite and helped with the luggage load and unload.

Staff person lacked intelligence. Needed towels and the person lacking the intelligence wouldn’t give towels. He insisted they had to be delivered. Did you get them? Was promised a shuttle time and it was given away to someone else. This hotel needs better staff.
