Just my noticings

The room was generous, but upon moving the handicapped accessible shower chair three small (dead) flies did come out. The firepit was broken and the downstairs bar was not open. They did not have red wine available at the pool bar, but the attendant there was kind and gave other options. Our room had a great view and the breakfast was great.

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and functional. The staff was also great - very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well. Plenty of options. Pool is gorgeous and it's nice to have a bar poolside! There is a shuttle that comes by and takes you to Disneyworld which is also super helpful. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Another Great Stay

Another successful trip at this location and the service hasn't changed since we started coming a couple years ago. I wish the parking fee was less than $20 a day, but it seems to be the going rate for area hotels in the Disney/Universal bubble. The included breakfast is always great, a ton of options to not get bored during a week long stay. The only suggestion is that I'd love to see the addition of EV car charging. That's just a wish though, we'll continue to come back to this location because it's so close and convenient to the Disney parks.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-appointed, with comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. Traveling with our toddler, we found everything to be exceptional—the accommodations were spacious and family-friendly. The free breakfast was a fantastic bonus, with a variety of options, including some vegan-friendly choices, which we really appreciated. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit!
