We were not notified that the pool was under renovation and would not be available. Fortunately, we had relatives staying at the Marriott next-door and were able to use that pool. Otherwise, the location was great and the room was very nice and very clean.

Great if you need a shuttle from airport

Wasn’t impressed. The food, pool and even rooms were all outdated. Great if you are just going to need shuttle for airport.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The accommodation is a little tired, the pool was closed, pavers loose and the room which was spacious and clean, smelt damp/has a musty dank odour that did not go away (windows are bolted closed so could be aired out).

Don't stay at this hotel!

Please don't waste your time at this hotel. I paid for the room online, when I got there they charged my card again at a higher rate, ignoring my paid reservation. I also, asked for an additional late check-out because my flight didn't leave until 7:15 the evening I was leaving. The hotel told me that I needed to pay an additional 50 dollars, but actually was charged 179 dollars because they stated I was there after the agreed on time of 4pm, which was a flat out lie, because their shuttle took us to the airport at 4 pm on the dot. It has been hell trying to rectify this situation. Hotels. com has been my saving grace in making the necessary calls to help me resolve this issue.

While I loved the property, two things played a major downfall in my perspective. The pool was under maintenance which was not made known before check in. Next, my sheets or room, can’t tell which smelled of mold which made it hard to sleep. If it were just myself I would suck it up. But I had my immune compromised young daughter with me - in which we had booked a stay because she was having an mri and I wanted her to have some enjoyment before. So I wasn’t happy with the smell.
