This was a great place for a staycation. The only downside was that the villa we stayed in was close to the highway and we heard the cars all night on our side of the villa. Also, the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that it’s a great place to bring a family. The water parks were great but bring a lock if you want to put your belongings in the locker as the attendants told me there were none available at both onsite water parks.

Amazing property! The unit was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the pillows never went flat! There’s access to 3 water parks- we only went to Island H2O, which was awesome. The unit had everything we needed for our stay- including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, beach towels, a broom, mop, toaster, blender and laundry basket. Well done Spectrum! And all of the attractions, restaurants are 15-30 minutes away. My only complaint is that you have to park near the clubhouse and walk down the street to your unit- it’s not too far but it gets annoying. Other than that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, spacious, and comfortable unit. I would really like to rate it a 5, but the experience we had with our keypad won’t let me rate it a 5. We had to call the front desk on 4 different occasions to be let into our unit because of the keypad malfunctioning. We were quite perturbed after the 2nd and 3rd time.

We are returning from a 6 day/night stay. The property is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. My kids and I did find a few bugs (spiders) in our unit but it’s Florida and start of summer. We stayed on a bottom unit and had people above us and we could hear every step/move. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend and stay again.

Our 5 bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The decorum was aesthetically pleasing and the rooftop patio was a great hangout spot. We also enjoyed the pool table in our condo and all the amenities on/off the property.

GREAT UNITS to stay in, but that's about it. The units are combined with residential tenants. To get around to the unit is not convenient and accessibility is extremely poor. Parking is poor. There arent really any ameneties other than the waterparks, but even those are mediocre and they arent tied to the actual resort. Guests have to go to another hotel just to retrieve bands for passes to one park and a drive to the other ones.

We LOVE this place. We have 4 girls and we absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend it. Clean, close proximity to a lot if things, quiet, fun, lots to do. We wish we had went to the water park from day one. The whoke family had a great time.

We enjoyed our week here. My only complaints were that the pull out bed was supremely uncomfortable and the pool near our room closed at 6 pm. Would have liked it to be open a little later. Other than that, it was really good. Would stay here again.

This place is very nice! It’s close enough without being directly in the mix of the hustle and bustle. Only one note though; master closet was locked.
