Upon arrival, we noted our towels were covered in black curly hairs. We proceeded to request new towels from the luggage cart thinking nothing of it. Upon receiving these towels, we found bed bugs, recorded a video and showed the staff downstairs who had checked us in. At first she was kind and pleasant. Once we showed her this video she became cold to us and then was being rude to us for wanting to leave and not get another room at this hotel.

The room was a great setup for a workspace with separate sleeping area, with a small kitchenette area as well. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.
