The woman at the desk was lovely but the room smelled so badly of perfume. We checked another room and it was the same. Unfortunately, we left for a hotel just next door that didn't smell of perfume. I think that they spray the room before guests arrive.

We appreciated the free late night shuttle from the airport. Another hotel I was considering stopped giving shuttle rides after a certain time. Also, the free laundry was a nice touch. Breakfast was one of the better one’s for a continental breakfast. We also appreciated the noon check out after a long day of travel. We just used this as a one night stay while we gathered ourselves before checking into a resort for the week.

Great location. Awesome shuttle service. Flight arrived past midnight and service desk sent the shuttle in matter of minutes. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and reasonably good breakfast. Nothing more can be expected for a single night stay. Will recommend for a stay close to airport.

The hotel is starting to show its age with some worn areas and dated finishes, but the Beautyrest mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept on. The main downside was the airport shuttle. When I first called, customer service told us the shuttle would arrive in about 30 minutes, so we waited. After 40 minutes, I called again and was then told it would be another 1–1½ hours. At that point, after a long travel day, we took an Uber instead. Uber driver told us they have 1 shuttle for 3 hotels, and it’s common for quests to take a ride share instead. Unfortunately, the second call was handled poorly — the staff member was rude and dismissive, which added to the frustration. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, and if you don’t rely on the shuttle it’s a solid option. If airport transportation is important to you, plan for possible delays or budget for a rideshare.
