First time travelling from the UK. Hotel location ideal for travelling to both Disney or Universal. Location is clean and quiet , has a target, walgreens and other food places over the road, hotel itself has everything you would need and the staff were very helpful. There is another suite of rooms attached that has a bar and also a Coffee bar. Pool clean and a good size. Would definitely stay here again, very happy.

Not what it used to be

The place is very nice and breakfast is amazing! However, you have to pay $16/ night for parking through a 3rd party vendor that you have to scan a QR code for. Felt a bit shady & questionable? I will try to stay somewhere else next time because of the parking. No one mentioned this when I checked in, there are just signs in the parking lot.

This place was very clean can’t complain and not far from the parks only thing the shuttle is a mess we got drop off wrong areas book a certain time the people who drive buses told us no shuttle at that time a young man in front help us but there was a older Man who was rude working in day time

Great location.

I’ve stayed here a couple dozen times. Great location outside of Disney. I usually have an older room, but this time I was put in a refurbished room which was very impressive. It’s a shame they don’t advertise for you to book an updated room

This was the best hotel in our 2 week vacation so far. It’s clean, staff is great, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good, restaurant by the pool was good, a little pricey but expected in this area. Will recommend to everyone.

Good stay trouble with shuttle

Stay was great love the breakfast and pool but not a fan of the shuttle service .. I was only able to get it two out of the 5 days because it was booked. I was counting on it for all 5 days. And the shuttle is limited for the parks so just be aware. But again place was nice and clean and close to park average uber was 15 dollars. Also, uber from airport to hotel is about 50 dollars.
