Great location and clean!

We only stayed one night and spent a full day at Disney, so not much time at the actual hotel. Location was perfect! So close to many restaurants and shopping and Disney! We would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time. Great price for the room and location!

Overall, our stay was nice. Room was clean, pool was nice, and staff went above and beyond for us. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. The service wasn’t great, it took almost 2 hours in and out. Our server had 2 large parties and she was consumed with them, it took forever for her to get our order and for our food to come. My daughter ordered a burger medium, and it was more rare on the inside and she could. It eat it. The hotel was lovely, but I would look at alternative food options.

I had a mixed experience. While the breakfast was good, and the stay had its positives, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t address my specific accommodation request due to health issues. Additionally, the room carpet was in poor condition and felt unclean.

A modern feel with a nice pool area. We got a family room with two bedrooms. Clean - perfectly adequate and reasonably priced with resturants, a TArget and Walgreens across the road. 10 minutes from all parks - highly recommend. The General MAnager would checkin with us and all guests at Breakfast. We had a couple of issues with hot water which were promptly dealt with. This is a very well run hotel.
