Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers 349 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottled water. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, slippers, and designer toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 25+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and phones. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Hypo-allergenic bedding, change of towels, and change of bedsheets can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

3 hot tubs are on site along with an outdoor pool. In addition to a children's pool, other recreational amenities include a private beach, a steam room, and a 24-hour fitness center.

Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Dolphin has 8 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Swedish massages. Great location. Has free transportation to the parks & Disney Springs. Boardwalk is walkable from this resort! Wonderful & friendly staff! Had a great time! Will def be back

We arrived 1:30 am. The female staff member who checked us in was incredibly rude and wanted to be difficult. She acted annoyed that we disturbed her and she had to get up and do her job.
