Worst experience at an hotel. Still disgusted by the room conditions. And the worst encounter that I had with an employee. I stayed in this hotel before and it went downhill. Horrible management and staff. Now i understand why was so cheap!!!!!

The staff are very friendly. Nice big room. Only complaint is the bathroom shower was designed for a wheelchair I think. Very awkward to shower. Water got everywhere. Slippery and dangerous.

We were informed that the shuttle would pick us up from the airport every 30 minutes, but we needed to call if we arrived after 12 am. I called them at 12 am, requesting a shuttle pickup. They informed me that it would arrive in 20 minutes. However, I waited with my small children for over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. I called four times to check on the status, only to receive the same response: there was traffic. On the way back, we didn’t encounter any traffic in either direction. If I had known I would be taking an Uber, I would have done so instead. It was extremely stressful to have my small children wait in one place at midnight, past their bedtime, for a 20-minute arrival that never materialized.

Love this hotel

I love this hotel. Every time I go to Orlando I stay here. It is super convenient, close to shops, movie theater and restaurant. It is very clean. Rooms are super spacious and the staff is very friendly as well.
