Bring your boat, bring your swim trunks, bring your beach gear. Our Canal Home has it all! We have a private salt water heated swimming pool in our completely screened in lanai. Walk down a few steps to our private boat dock. Bring your boat and keep it docked during your entire stay and use it hassle free as much as you like. Lounge by our heated saltwater swimming pool. Cook family dinner in our fully stocked kitchen with easy access to the lanai including an outside bar with large table, outdoor furniture and television - all under a covered roof.

Enjoy your vacation or work-from-home staycation in this expansive four bedroom, three bath, 2,500 square foot modern bungalow in Palm Coast's desirable C Section. Dock your fishing boat, pontoon boat or jet skis and enjoy the intercoastal or venture out to the Ocean. Enjoy the sunrise and water views (and the occasional dolphin sighting) from the dock or expansive lanai with sit up bar, television and modern outdoor patio furniture and outdoor shower.

Relax in the enormous master suite with unique and luxurious imported tiled walk-in shower. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach, walking, biking and hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and Route 95 which provides easy access to all local major attractions including Disney (a little over one hour drive to Disney), St. Augustine (30 min drive) and Daytona (30 min drive). The design layout of this enormous home offers families, extended families or couples privacy and relaxation in modern décor with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, formal dining set, sitting room and plenty of parking including two garage spaces. We offer our guests bikes, beach gear and all of the amenities you may need for your stay. Guests have full private access to the entire home.

The space
This home offers four bedrooms – two with King Size Beds, one queen bed and one bunk bed consisting of a twin top and full bottom with a third pull out trundle (twin size). Our mattresses are high quality. The Master Bedroom has an enormous private master bath with his/her vanities shower, large closets, view of and access to the pool through double sliders and a large smart television and ceiling fan. Second bathroom has a full tub, with shower and his and her sinks. Third bathroom is across from the bunkroom and includes shower and pool access.

Central air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout.

We provide two cribs and a highchair for those with small children.

Big screen smart televisions throughout and strong Wi Fi and cable television channels.

Several surfaces that can easily be transitioned to work spaces to accommodate the work-at-home environment.

Location

Our home is located on a large canal and we are about a 10 minute drive from the beach, around the corner from wonderful biking/walking trails along the intercostal waterway and next to all the best golf courses in the area. The European Village shops and restaurants are a short bike ride or 5 mins by car. Theme parks (little over one hour to Universal or Disney), Daytona (35 mins) and St. Augustine (35 mins)!

Some of the other amenities include: updated appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots and lots of cookware, dishware and glassware for ten people; board games; gas grill; several bikes of various sizes; pool toys; blender; hair dryers; cooler; beach umbrella and chairs; fridge, crock pot; coffee maker; toaster oven; rice cooker; microwave; knife set; washer and dryer and more - fully loaded!

Heated Salt Water Pool:
The pool is heated year-round to a comfortable temperature for swimming or relaxing, we set it for the 80s. But please understand in the winter months when the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees during the day and is in the 20s or 30s at night no pool heater can turn a pool into a hot tub. Such temperatures are on the rare end for Palm Coast but they do happen and if they do the pool temp will likely be in the 70s despite the heater.

Pool Safety Fence
We want your family to relax and have fun during your stay. To help keep everyone safe—especially little ones—please make sure the pool safety fence is closed and securely latched at all times. If there are any issues with the functionality of the pool fence please send us a message immediately upon checking in and we can send someone over to address.

The fence is an important layer of protection that prevents unsupervised access to the water. A quick check each time you enter or leave the pool area makes a big difference. At no time, even with a pool fence, should you allow children to be unsupervised around the pool.

We also have the pool cleaned and serviced every Wednesday. You do not need to be home for the pool company and they will arrive on their own schedule every Wednesday.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Matanzas River. You'll find features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Everything was fabulous! The heated pool our favorite. The heater wasn’t keeping up at one point, but the owner called the pool guy and they got the pump/heater working as soon as they could. The location was great. We loved the channel we were on. The first day we were there, we were sitting on the dock and dolphins kept swimming by. It was amazing!! We loved the lanai. There was plenty of space and it was very clean.

Spacious and comfortable for 7 adults. We loved the peaceful setting with dock and quiet neighborhood. We cooked a lot and had all that we needed. The sliding glass doors all open up, giving the home an indoor/outdoor feel. We loved it! There’s even a TV on the patio. There are a few spots with step up/down in the house but are highlighted with yellow tape. All in all, a wonderful stay

The property is beautiful but photos needs to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the posted pictures on Vrrbo. Hasn't been mowed, weed eated, or mulched in who knows when. Had to wash 2 of the beddings in the bunk room after check in because they were dirty and had a roach crawling across one of the pillows. I am originally from FL, so I know there may be some bugs if someone is not living in a residence full time. Check in was a breeze, host messaged back right away and even sent cleaners to the property with 30mins. The washer needs to be replaced. It does not spin out the water. So frustrating when you have 10 people for a week. Advertised as 5 bikes to use, only 1 was not broken. The can opener also was broken. I suggest a manual one. We had to use a knife to open a can. Also put a new bulb in the fridge. This place has great potential, just needs a little TLC. The pool was great. I absolutely loved the window that opened to the pool. We did enjoy ourselves but the washer was the worst part.

The overall layout was great !! The outside needed major yard work done , it looked nothing like the photo ! Also inside could use some updating . It was a cute house and fit our needs ! The bed in one of the bedrooms was so droopy you fell into middle of bed , ended up on a air mattress . Good location for what we needed. We had some minor things that we needed help with and the owner was quick to respond and fix .

They house is in a great location. Woke up in the morning coffee on the patio and watched dolphins.Problem is the photos and descriptions are dated. Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. TV on patio, screen is burnt in the right with a line going straight through the screen also. Grill is rusted out and burners are falling off. Not safe in my opinion. Furniture very dated, not real comfortable. Refrigerator has missing and broken shelves. You might need to arrive with your own paper products as we were only given a full roll of tiolet paper in 1 of 3 bathrooms. I did contact owner about the standard and he did offer to send a cleaning crew, but the house is dirty, just worn out. It would be a good stay for if the cost was lower. Other homes in area for same price I payed have much more comfortable experience to offer for an older family. Pool clean and heated through night so very warm in the morning. TLS needed.

Perfect place for extended family and pets.

We had a great stay at this property. Communication was prompt, even on Easter. The pool was perfect for the kids and we even caught a few fish from the dock. We would definitely book this place if we are ever in the area again.

Older home in BAD need of repairs

We took our family for a vacation together but it was more of a "try and fix this mess" of a trip.The sliding glass doors were old and had warped tracks making it hard to get in and out of the pool and side entrances. The house had bad mattresses on every bed. There were bugs all over the house. Our food was covered with ants on the very first day and we had to run out and buy bug spray and try to keep them out of our food. This house is older and hasn't been updated in a while. Floors have weird un-even drop down steps all over the house and we tripped every time we came in or out of the rooms. It is a large house but has a lot wrong with it, some of the TV's didn't work, outlets that didn't work and were tapped over. The lights outside at the pool didn't work, stove light didn't work. Not enough pans to cook for a big family and the ones that were there were very poor quality. If we had of had any other place to take our family, we would have left. I hope ALL these things are adressed before another family rents it...but as for my family, we won't ever rent this house again!

Family vacation

There were 6 Adults 1(14) 1(12) 1(9) 1(5) year old grandkids and we had a great time with the pool and fishing and playing games. The bikes were great to ride. The house was great and was very clean and no problems at all. We loved all the different places to hang out. Thanks to Peter and his wife for a great family vacation. The price was great for all you receive.

Fun time had by all

We all had a ball at this home. Pool is very nice as well as the outdoor space. Home is nicely decorated and well kept. The few things that were not perfect are explained by the fact that this home is rented my many people so things will not be like a new home. it is "lived in" but well cared for. We saw dolphins off the pier and some fish were caught as well. Not super close to grocery store so we tried to plan for as many meals ahead as possible. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Palm Coast Visit

This is a beautiful home on the canal and the views from pool side are spectacular. Cleanliness is a priority whenever we travel and after settling in and enjoying the pool which was very nice, we noticed the bedroom with the bunk beds had a faint odor of urine seemingly from the closet. We entered the room and noticed that the urine smell was stronger. After investigating the fully made bed we confirmed what we feared the sheets, mattress pad and mattress had a yellow stain and wreaked of urine! We took pictures of everything to send to the host it was after 11pm so we didn't expect to hear from him that night. The host's credit they did respond early the next morning but instead of empathy or apology we were questioned about if it was our kids mistakenly that did it and why were they up at 11pm. Wow. We are sure that it wasn't our kid that wet the bed because it was sill made up. After speaking with him it was clear that he didn't believe us but we are thankful that he sent someone over to spray the mattress and replace the mattress pad. Unfortunately that wasn't enough because the room still had a strong urine smell. The listing stated they can accommodate 10 but there were not enough wash cloths and hand towels for us. However we did manage to enjoy ourselves we just wish the room was clean prior to us getting there. Also still no apology for the peed up mattress on a made up bed. Grandpa was not impressed.

Summertime Fun!!

This home is beautiful! We had an amazing time with our family. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfy as well. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The pool was wonderful. We really have NOT ONE complaint. Everyone in our family agreed that coming back to this home will be on the calendar.

Rough in the diamonds

Place was pretty dirty, I let them know and he did offer to send a cleaner back but I wasn’t interested in having them come do something which was already supposed to be done. Dirty lanai with what appears to be dog poop. Dirty grill, slimy nasty shower outdoors, no dressers in some of the bedrooms, dirty and stained outdoor cushions, the landscaping has black paper with no mulch put back, palm trees need trimming, dirty coffeemaker inside. This was an adequate size, location and had what we needed but is not very well maintained at all.

Shower had mold , only 1 roll of toilet paper for 9 people. We found a dead lizard by the pool and a cockroach. Lots of dust a dirty. After my wife took a day to clean everything we had some fun

Cherrytree Ct. Palm Coast - April 2023

This beautiful property is situated on one of the saltwater canals in Palm Coast. The property was spacious and an excellent get away from the cold winter in Canada. Would definitely stay again. A popular experience while there was seeing the dolphins in the canal on four different occasions! There was a family of four! The heated pool was great! Peter was excellent to work with and was very responsive to our needs. Thanks very much!

We had a great time!

Spacious and well equipped. We decided to bring our 5 year old granddaughter with us who loves to swim and became an instant fish even when it was chilly and in the 50's. She loved the heated pool. My sister said it was her dream house and my husband asked me if I ever won the lottery would I want a home like this. Brother in law took advantage of the dock and did some fishing. Just a great time all around. I loved the openness to the outdoors with all of the sliding glass doors. Lovely home.

Family Fun

Had a wonderful time! We had a few minor issues at first, contacted the owner who apologized and took care of the issues promptly. Having a pool for the warm days and the boat dock for our pontoon was great. If we decide to return to the area, we would stay in the same house.

We had a wonderful few days at the property before heading down south. The property was clean and comfortable and a great location for our trips out to St Augustine and the surrounding areas. Would recommend to others for a great holiday location, plus the pool and outlook were an added bonus

Beautiful Pool Home

Home is located on a canal and with a heated pool. Very spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great layout and very quiet. Late sleepers were not disturbed by early risers. Nice kitchen and beautiful view of pool and canal. There are TVs in the living room, bedrooms and out by the pool. Lot of fun wrapped in a blanket watching tv drinking hot chocolate. (FL weather was cold when we were there.) The location is a quiet neighborhood and lovely. We walked our dog throughout the area and met a number of very friendly people. We rented a pontoon boat at Devil's Elbow and found the home through the canals. Lots of fun even saw a dolphin. Only negatives and it isn't really that big a deal, you must drive to go to the beach, a restaurant or any activity outside the house, we couldn't just walk there. The landlord is responsive to issues. The microwave broke and he had it replaced within hours. Word to the wise for elderly folks though, there are no grab bars in any of the bathrooms. Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the property very much.
