This condo is a wonderful place for relaxation and rejuvenation where you can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the sea! High on the 11th floor accessible by elevator or the stairs for those health conscience athletic individual’s, this is beautiful Deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are lovely modern earth tone tile floors in the kitchen, dining areas and living room areas. Kitchen has white country style cabinets and earth tone counter tops making meal prep enjoyable. Striking shades of blue grace the living room furniture and walls which include a large flat screen TV with seating for six. The private patio is accessible from the living room and master bedroom with an incredible view of the Gulf. Bedrooms have laminate flooring which further accents the beachy feel. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed. The guest room provides a queen size bed. Spring vacation

Check in was great and easy. Walked into the room and was so disappointed. Both bedrooms had flooring coming up and separating supposed to be a laminated floor but non of them were locked together. Stains on all the couches. Chair had cushion cover that was coming off non fix able. HVAC quit working after the first day. Had a Dehumidifier in main living , I had to dump the water resovoir 6 times in 5 days , about 1 1/2 gallons each. Mattress was so un comfortable it had springs about to poke thru. This condo needs a complete renovation. Wife also picked up a bad.sinus infection because of the mustiness of the unit. The Regency Tower staff was really pleasant and help get the A/C back up and running. But would not recommend this unit . I tried several times to contact the host directly and had no luck.
