DETAILS: The “Mary Rose†is a stunning 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home, and 1-bedroom, 1-bath carriage house that sleeps 20 in one of 30A’s most popular communities—Rosemary Beach. A luxurious courtyard with a private pool, fountain, grill, and covered dining area connects the two homes. A wooden boardwalk leads from the front door of “Mary Rose†to a dune walkover, where you’ll discover the squeaky white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main level of “Mary Rose†has a calming design that’s filled with natural light. Step into the airy, open-concept kitchen and savor a meal at the marble waterfall island with seating for 4. Cypress beams echo the warmth of the cabinetry and create a comfortable atmosphere in the living room. The only bedroom on the main floor feels coastal formal with a 4-poster king bed, shiplap walls, glittering chandelier, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower.

The second floor continues to impress with a cypress wood ceiling in the primary bedroom, a writing desk, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony. Guests may gain access to the “Mary Rose†carriage house by crossing through the courtyard and ascending a stair to the carriage house’s front porch. The stair may also be accessed directly from the parking area. Inside the lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom carriage house is a professionally designed interior with tasteful modern décor and bold artwork. Glass double doors and large windows fill an open-concept living and dining space with natural light. Prepare meals in a galley-style kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, or relax on a luxurious day bed and enjoy the large flat-screen TV.
