Overall it’s a nice place. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Excellent location for hanging out downtown. My only critique is the beds were uncomfortable. I was told some rooms had upgraded beds but ours was hard, definitely a cheap mattress. I’d stay again

Pros-Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, beds were decently comfy, very convenient to downtown Pensacola (walking distance), quick drive to the beaches (20 mins), complimentary happy hour with beers/wine/snacks each day from 5-7pm in lobby Cons-old facility but has been somewhat updated, small stall shower, low water pressure, ugly/gross black toilets/countertops original to building, key cards had to be replaced several times (deactivated themselves if too close to our phones)

We come and stay at Sole once a year to celebrate our anniversary. It’s not the most plush but it is clean and well kept and very reasonable. The service is very kind and helpful. The location is great for the downtown entertainment. Will come back next year.

Everything was amazing as always. Love the location and walkability to restaurants and bars on Palafox Street. My husband thought the bed was too hard. Enjoyed the happy hour with free wine/beer and breakfast grab-n-go pastries.
