Room was beautiful with balcony. Great shower. Bed was terrible. Pillows flat and window side of mattress sagging horribly. Breakfast friendly and tasty. We were promised vouchers from Expedia but at checking in that didn’t pass to Sheraton or Bonvoy. Major issue costing us 3 breakfasts. Very disappointed in this Expedia issue.

Our room was not ready for a 4 PM check-in when you're supposed to be able to check in at three. Room says two queen beds they are not...they're two double beds. Curtains falling off the wall, container in the shower fell off and is on the floor, toilet seat loose, sink doesn't drain well. But, the bartender in the lobby was fantastic! Front desk also very nice but somebody needs to pay attention to these rooms and you shouldn't advertise queens when they're not. Not very happy!

Courteous staff from front desk to servers in the resturant. Spotless facility. Good choices for breakfast and dinner. Parking can be an issue on Friday nights and weekends due to the Tiki bar - which is also great. Nice harbour walk and bikesvava8lable. A graat place to stay.
