Terrible hotel room

The hotel room had dirty floors, bathrooms, cockroaches, and a bad smell. Additionally, we asked for 2 beds but they gave us one we had to call room service to give us a couch bed, which was very dirty.

Our stay was fine except for barking dogs. We were there to assess our place which we actually lost due to Helene. Then we had to leave two days early due to a death in the family and only received $100 back for the two days when we paid $125 a night.
