The casino was kind of dead to be honest. The staff was very friendly and really helped a lot. The room was clean and new looking. The was some construction going on other than that it was a great trip for me and my comadre.

We booked this place because it looked like there was a sauna/steam room in the amenities. It turns out they belong to another hotel, Silver Legacy, owned by the same parent company and we as guests of Circus Circus wouldn’t be allowed to use it without extra charge. Not only that, the spa was closed even though the hours on the door indicated it should be open. Really wanted to relax and unwind from my trip but at least the bed was comfortable so I was grateful for that. I think it should be more clear about which amenities are available for guests to use because I read about the spa from the Circus Circus website. If I had known, I would have booked with Silver Legacy but it still would not have helped that they were closed during operating hours. It makes you wonder how this industry is able to survive. It was totally dead.
