We just stayed here for 1 night as we were coming through town on our trip.. it was fine for what we needed however when we got into Reno it was a rain/hail storm… upon check in at the hotel we found the entire lobby flooded from a leak in the roof. Like 4 inches of standing water on the floor. The staff was desperately trying to vacuum it all up however one staff member did mention this happens every time it rains and hotel is yet to fix the leak. Otherwise the hotel was fine for what we needed. Clean quiet rooms and helpful staff

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that I had to use my room key to access the elevator. I had problems with housekeeping. They didn’t come every day. I finally had to call the front desk manager to get the problem resolved. There are no lights in the parking garage. I stayed in the Sky Tower so I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. Other than that, I had a nice stay at the hotel
