Property is decent and convenient to shopping complex and restaurant. Room is not sound proof, we can hear the next room even if they are not shouting. Cars outside can be heard all the time too. Staff are not friendly, from the front desk who doesn't even smile and doesn't feel welcoming and other employees in the food court.

It’s was a good stay but the only con was the escalator to get the registration was out and being worked when I checked in and out and there was no elevator going down to registration so it made it hard leaving the hotel my wife injured her knee on the escalator while she was trying to get on with her luggage and most food places we’re closed
